I wanted to try something a bit different with this gate and the customer was very happy with the result as was I. As often for me, this was inspired by the wonderful natural world.

We have previously purchased two smaller items from Andy at Ash Ironworks and love his work. So when undertaking work to our front garden, we went to Andy to make our new entrance gate. We wanted something to keep the countryside feel to our garden. Andy drew up a design, which we loved immediately, and he kept us informed throughout the process.
